Riecra for People ("Riecra") respects the privacy of all candidates, temporary workers, employees, freelancers, labor migrants, clients, suppliers, and website visitors. We handle your personal data carefully and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Who we are

Riecra operates in temporary staffing, mediation, payroll, recruitment & selection, and HR services. We process personal data to deliver our services.

We collect and process personal data in the following situations:

When registering or applying:

• Name, address, and contact details
• Date of birth, age, gender
• CV, work experience, education
• Availability, mobility (driving license, transport)
• Photos, videos, test results

During employment:

• BSN, ID, nationality, residence status
• Salary and payment details
• Leave and absence records
• Emergency contacts, marital status, pension info
• Special categories such as VOG or medical data (if required for the role)

From business relations:

• Name, business contact details
• Chamber of Commerce no., VAT number, IBAN

From foreign workers:

• Housing, transport, insurance
• Cultural and legal information

4. Purposes of processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• Placement and mediation with clients
• Execution of employment contracts
• Payroll administration and tax obligations
• HR processes such as evaluations and training
• Legal obligations (Tax Office, UWV)
• Absence and reintegration management
• Newsletters (opt-in only)
• Customer satisfaction surveys
• Insurance (absence, liability, accidents)

We process personal data on the basis of:
