As a Cleanroom Operator (Cleaning Operator), you independently carry out cleaning and treatment processes on supplied products. You work according to technical drawings, work orders, and work instructions, using the available production equipment and tools within the Cleaning department.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Independently perform treatments on materials and products based on drawings and work order specifications;
- Prepare components and secure them correctly according to drawings and/or work instructions;
- Inspect materials prior to the cleaning process;
- Operate the bath line and take responsibility for the correct execution of the process;
- Perform cleanliness inspections using UV light;
- Carry out intermediate checks to ensure products meet the required coating thickness and that processes are executed in accordance with specifications;
- Ensure components are properly blown clean;
- Easily switch between different assignments and tasks;
- Coordinate your work with colleagues and work closely as part of a team.
Job Requirements
- A VMBO-level education or equivalent is a plus;
- Affinity with engineering and production processes;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work well in a team environment;
- Accurate working style with good fine motor skills;
- Flexible availability and willingness to work day shifts or a staggered working hours system;
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions;
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
