As a Machine Operator – Galvanizing, you will be at the heart of our galvanizing production line. You will ensure the production process runs smoothly and that products—from bolts and nuts to small steel components—are perfectly galvanized after the centrifuge process. Every job is different and requires precise machine settings. You know exactly when to adjust the process to achieve the highest quality.
You will monitor the production process, perform quality inspections, and intervene whenever necessary. You'll work alongside a dedicated team in a modern family-owned company where quality, craftsmanship, and teamwork have been the foundation since 1947. You'll have plenty of responsibility, but you'll never work alone.
What will you do?
✓ Operate and set up the centrifuge on the galvanizing production line.
✓ Monitor the galvanizing process and make adjustments when required.
✓ Perform quality inspections during and after production.
✓ Identify and resolve minor process deviations and machine issues.
✓ Ensure products meet the required quality standards.
✓ Work closely with colleagues to maintain an efficient production flow.
✓ Keep your work area clean, safe, and well-organized.
