Aaliyah joined Riecra as an intern while studying Legal, Insurance & HR Services Specialist. Apparently, it was a great match on both sides, because after graduating she decided to stick around. She now works at Riecra four days a week while continuing her studies in Human Resource Management.
Her career actually started in a call centre, so you might expect the phone to be her best friend by now… but nothing could be further from the truth. Whenever possible, Aaliyah prefers to send our temporary workers a quick WhatsApp message. After all, there’s always time to call later.
At the office, she is involved in everything related to our temporary workers and HR, while continuing to learn along the way. Sitting still definitely isn’t in her vocabulary.
Outside of work, Aaliyah has a serious soft spot for cars. And we’re definitely not talking about a practical little car for doing the weekly shopping. The faster, more powerful and sportier, the better.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends, having fun and the occasional glass of wine. Although after a particularly good night, “occasional” can turn out to be quite a flexible term for Aaliyah. Luckily, she’s still young enough to look reasonably fresh again the next morning.
