Anita moved from Poland to the Netherlands at a young age and had already gained experience at a staffing agency before joining Riecra in 2020. She started with us as a temporary worker but soon realized she missed the staffing industry. That’s why she made the switch to our office, where she now works as an enthusiastic recruiter, full of energy, ensuring the right people end up in the right place.
Anita is a hard worker and truly cannot stand injustice. Fortunately, she can express her creative side in the studio, where she uses her sewing machine to create beautiful designs. It’s as if she has a secret recipe for turning fabric into something special.
Outside of work, she fully enjoys spending time with her daughter and loves going out with friends—of course, always accompanied by a good glass of wine.
