Monique is the beating heart of Riecra for People and knows better than anyone what it means to always be “switched on.” Since her internship, nearly 20 years ago, she has been active in the temporary employment sector, and she still carries out her work every day with the same energy, dedication, and love for the profession.
In 2017, she decided to change course and start her own organization. Since then, she has been passionately building a company where both clients and temporary workers truly come first. No day is ever the same, and that is exactly what gives Monique her energy.
Outside the office, she is a proud mother of two children, adores her horse (which she jokingly calls her third child), and enjoys good food and a fine glass of wine.
